Explore one of the most important and beautiful Imperial complexes in Europe. The Belvedere baroque palaces were built in the 18th century as the summer residence for Prince Eugene of Savoy. With this ticket, you'll get access to the world's largest collection of Gustav Klimt as well as masterpieces by Schiele, Kokoschka, Waldmüller, Renoir, Monet, and Van Gogh.

Enter the Upper Belvedere, hosting Austrian art from the Middle Ages to the present day, and appreciate the grandeur of its Marble Hall. Visit Carlone Hall, the Palace Chapel, and Sala Terrena, the vaulted ceiling of which is supported by four powerful atlantes. Admire the Grand Staircase, adorned with a stucco relief depicting the triumph of Alexander the Great over Darius.

Bike parking is also available in the palace gardens (entrances Prinz-Eugen-Straße and Landstraßer Gürtel).

    Guten Morgen, Oberes Belvedere - sehr interessante Ausstellung - schade ist nur, dass der Garten etwas zerfleddert aussieht - a) nehme ich an wegen dem Buchsbaum, den Schädlinge teilweise ruiniert haben und b) die Bepflanzung war noch nicht - kann auch mit der Baustelle zusammen hängen, daher gut

    Eine wunderschöne Ausstellung in einer herrlichen Umgebung. Bis darauf, dass wir am Eingang etwas unwirsch zurückgewiesen wurden, weil wir ein paar Minuten zu früh da waren, haben wir keine negativen Eindrücke.
