Circonvallazione Aurelia 19 (in front of Eurospin Supermarket). You can choose the stop in Rome that best suits your needs.

It would be good to note that if you book direct through the bus company you will have a seat reserved, and if buying through TUI the bus may be full and you would have to wait!
