Pompei e il Vesuvio sono la Bella e la Bestia della Costiera Amalfitana. In questa escursione attraverso paesaggi epici, esplorerete l'affascinante sito archeologico di Pompei prima di recarvi sul cratere del vulcano. Una gita di un giorno che offre un'infinità di storia e natura.

Per prima cosa, la vostra guida vi condurrà per le strade di Pompei. Seppellita dalla cenere vulcanica dell'eruzione del Vesuvio del 79 d.C., è stata recuperata da Madre Natura ed è oggi Patrimonio dell'Umanità dell'UNESCO. Scoprite le ville riccamente decorate della nobiltà romana - si possono ancora vedere gli affreschi sulle pareti - e gli spazi pubblici come il Foro, l'Anfiteatro e le caserme dei gladiatori.

Poi, nel pomeriggio, farete conoscenza con il Vesuvio, l'artefice della distruzione di Pompei. Una guida vi accompagnerà fino ai 1.000 metri di altitudine, per ammirare il panorama del golfo di Napoli, visibilità permettendo. Al ritorno, visita alla fabbrica di cammei e coralli.

Capri Island Boat Cruise from Maiori

Capri is a small island with a big reputation. On this boat trip, you'll cruise around it, with stops to take in famous natural landmarks as well as swim in the sea. There's also the option of a visit to the Blue Grotto. That's not all though – there'll be some free time in Capri town.Travelling from Maiori, you'll zoom over to Positano or Praiano port by speedboat. On arrival, you'll be welcomed aboard a traditional Sorrentine gozzo boat and sail across the Bay of Naples to Capri. Cruise past the Natural Arch, Santa Croce Bay and the fjord of Furore. There's also a photo stop at Marina di Praia. We'll then continue west, drifting by the Sirenuse Islands, locally known as Li Galli – ‘the Cocks'.Once we've reached Capri, you'll catch sight of the White Grotto, the Natural Arch, Villa Malaparte, Faraglioni Rocks, Marina Piccola and the Green Grotto for a swim. There's an optional visit into the Blue Grotto available, too. We'll then dock in Capri town for some free time for shopping. To round off the cruise, there'll be a swimming stop on the return to Maiori.
