Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for eSIM/SIM Card redemption
SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation.
According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one eSIM/SIM Card can be issued per passport
The passport holder must be at least 18 years old and present at the moment of eSIM/SIM activation
