For guests awaiting pick-ups in Canmore, please wait in the lobby 10-minutes prior to the designated pickup time. For those in Banff, please be prepared for pickup 30-minutes after the specified time, as travel from Canmore to Banff requires approximately 30 minutes.

Extreme cold or high winds may also impact comfort and the overall experience, so the tour may be rescheduled accordingly
You will be notified as soon as possible in the event of any cancellations or changes
Winter can be quite cold, so layered clothing, warm hats, gloves, and sturdy boots will ensure your experience is comfortable
Tour operator may refuse boarding if an individual doesn’t wear the proper clothing
